Adam Bray, Pastor

Pastor Adam was raised in a Christian home in the small town of Reidsville, North Carolina. As long as he can remember, his family has been active in the Lord’s work. At the age of 18, he felt the call of the Lord to preach and share the good news of Jesus Christ with others. He has a Bachelor in Theology and is interested in returning to school to better equip himself for the work of the Lord. He has served in many volunteer capacities including children, youth, music, Audio-visual, and others. Most recently, he served at Lake Swamp Baptist Church as the Associate Pastor of Youth and Music.

In 2007, Pastor Adam married his wife Megan whom he had met in their final year at college during a summer mission trip, and they have been serving the Lord together ever since. They have also been blessed with two children, Colin and Darci. He is an avid sports fan especially of college football and basketball. He is a huge fan of the North Carolina Tar Heels. He also loves to grill! As a family, they enjoy going to movies together, sporting events, and playing with the family pets.

Our vision at Elam Baptist Church is to be “A Church Making a Difference”. My prayer is that every day that we live on this earth, we live to honor and glorify Jesus Christ. As we do that, may Gray, Georgia and Jones County see Christ in us. - Pastor Adam
